You cannot become one of the largest reprocessing providers around Manchester overnight. Our company has a long history in reprocessing all aspects of textiles to big name customers.

Walkers Reprocessing's history started over 12 years ago when one of our warehousing customers needed large quantities of bed linen items relabelling for a big household name home furnishing retailer.  Once agreed this is something that turned out to be a larger amount than originally they had first thought. In all Walkers relabelled over 300,000 items on that first job. So Walkers then grew as word quickly spread between the textile industry. 

No sooner said than done, Walkers founded their own reprocessing business for bed linen, clothes, footwear etc. and unbeknownst, had tapped into a huge market niche in the North West.  Until then most customers had always had to arrange and pay for storage in other cities and were charged high transport fees for the long trip. Shortly after Walkers  opened its doors, we had gained a large customer following.

Even years later, the same textile suppliers are still among Walkers Reprocessing's regular customers and many more have joined them – from Dunelm Mill, Gem Textiles, Morrison's, JD Williams, John Lewis, Chums, Shop Direct, Freemans, Workkit, Herwear, Sheridans to name a few of our wide variety of customers. Walkers reprocessing company and its dedicated and experienced team are considered specialist for all kinds of reworks and are a competent partner when it comes to taking care of detection and correction for our customer.
